Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge #19

Hi! I am here with a card I made for the  Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge number 19. I chose background wash, no line coloring, and packaging goods as my three elements, the bottom row. I can count on one hand the number of times I have water colored and this is my first attempt at no line coloring. I need some more practice. I love how this challenge makes you get out of your comfort zone and try new things. I used some twine that used to secure a toy to a box as my packaging goods. My card measures 5" by 7" and the stamp I used for my no line coloring is by Waffleflower. Thanks for stopping by!

MAKE IT MONDAY #263: BACKGROUND BUILDING WITH FRAMES

Hello everyone! I am here with my creation for PTI challenge, background building with frames. Amy made a beautiful Christmas card with small dies as the background. I made this card for my Mom because she loves Mary Engelbreit and this challenge was perfect for the frames that I had from the Mary's Mottos rubber stamp set. I used PTI's stamp for the Happy birthday sentiment heat embossed white on black paper. The cake I stamped in a light yellow for the outline and then I colored it with crayola markers. I then stamped black ink with clean emboss over that to finish it off. Thanks for stopping in!

MAKE IT MONDAY #262 - PUMPKIN STAMPS 3 WAYS

Hello everyone! I am here with a card I made for PTI's make it Monday Challenge #262. Ashley challenged us to use pumpkin stamps in an nontraditional way. She made a cute flower with a button center. I made flowers as well, I stamped them on purple card stock and hand cut them out. I then dusted off some old scalloped edge scissors and trimmed off the bottom of the pumpkins and traced the edge with a black sharpie. I used a tree trunk stamp to make the stamens of the flowers and the leaves are from PTI's In Bloom stamp set on pink card stock. The happy sentiment is from PTI's Embroidered Blooms set. My card is a 5x7". Thanks for stopping in!

Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge Eighteen

Hello! I made this card for Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge Eighteen. I did Spot lighting, aquatic friends and texture. I used WaffleFlower stamps to create this fun card. I used prismacolor pencils to color  my mermonkies. I textured the forward layer with a metal embossing plate by PTI and my Cuttlebug. Thanks for stopping by!

Waffle Flower Challenge

Hello! I am here with a card I made for the September Challenge at Waffle Flower. The colors in this challenge were just beautiful! Too bad for me I only own a few inks that worked with it, I had to supplement with Crayola markers to get all the colors in there. I hated this card when I first finished it and almost threw it out and then I came back to it a few days later and decided it wasn't so bad. So here it is, thanks for stopping by!

CFC153 -- Gift Tags

Hello everyone! I am here tonight with some tags I made for Cas-ual Friday challenge. I wanted to try the bokah effect on some ink blended tags. This is what I came up with. I used white pigment ink with different sized circle stamps and just layered with different amounts of ink on each. It was a fun experiment, I like how they turned out. Thanks for stopping by!
